I have an interesting issue. I am trying to submit a customer support ticket for the purpose of changing my email address. I keep getting an error back saying that the account name/email address can not be blank. It is not blank! I tried submitting three times making sure every form with an * next to it was filled properly including my account name/ address. I am moving soon so need to get this resolved soon. Thank you.

Make sure you also choose the drop down menu under, “Specific Issue”. It reads as, “[no selection]” until you click it and choose an option. This is often over looked by people and could be the cause of your problem.

I just tested it to verify and if you do not choose that option from the drop down you get the error you described.
