While it seems cool, and appears to be legit, it is possible for it to be picked up by Anets third party program filters and flagged for botting/hacking/exploiting. You won’t get an official “yes” or “no” on such a program, But these links might help you decide if you want to use the program or not.

Personally, I wouldn’t use it as it may cause problems with the game.

Will using this get me banned?
ArenaNet are ok with mods that don’t give an advantage over other players and don’t impact others negatively, see quotes and policy. ICM does not give you an advantage other than comfort; if anything it’s harder to aim ground-target attacks. It does not affect other players at all. We’ll never get an official seal of approval for a mod though, so if you feel you need that then don’t use ICM.

So this allows the 1 skill macroed to the left mouse? Im curious about this now, seeing how holding down the right button for so long has now destroyed my mouse..I kinda wanna try it……but you guys first….
No, it won’t.
Many people use it without problems and if I recall correctly, someone from ArenaNet said it’s OK since don’t give any advantage at all (NOTE: OK =/= supported by).
I tried myself but I didn’t like.
