You could always contact Customer Support and apprise them of the situation. =)
reports are always checked out by a human before any action is taken. Don’t worry about it.

The amount of time it takes to read that is bout the same time they need to realise it wasnt a bot. Bersides even if they see it they prolly double check anyway. My dad was a cop and he always would check even if the person who reported cancelled the report. Better safe then sorry.

I’ve screencapped and sent tickets with descriptions before, which seems like a better way to me, but I always get a response to use the in-game system. The in-game report system seems so generic, like you’re reporting “something”.
Like calling 911 to report “I saw that guy do something” and hanging up.

I will ask about that “reverse action” button. However, I’m sure if we did add the feature it would be quite a bit down the priority list.
Please be aware: Reports are reviewed by a human being, and no account would be actioned based on a mistaken (or even a real) report. It would be more time-consuming to get a ticket saying “Please ignore that report” than to simply have confidence that the occasional error will be ignored and that the player who was mistakenly flagged will not suffer any ill consequences.
