I took advantage of the $10 sale and purchased a second account. I set it up on a separate email address. I got the serial key email and registered. I went to log in to the account page and was told my info was invalid. I can’t submit a support ticket since I have no way of getting into the account. I can’t reset the password because I have no characters on the account yet. What do I do?

Submitting a ticket doesn’t require access to an account.
https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new

When trying to login, make sure you’re correctly entering the email/password you used to register the account at https://register.guildwars2.com/. What you used during the purchase doesn’t matter.

You can still submit a support ticket. It doesn’t require login to do so.

The only required fields to submit a ticket are the following:

Your email address *
Subject *
Description of Issue *
Specific Issue * (the drop down menu that reads no selection until you click it)
Full Name *
Guild Wars 2 E-Mail Address (Account Log-in Name) *

Everything else is additional information as it may pertain to your issue.

OH, well thank you guys! I submitted a ticket, hopefully they aren’t too bogged down.
