I have been trying to get assistance from GW2 support through email for several days to purchase the game for some friends and family members. I got 3 copies ordered and could not get the last two. The only response I have received is that they cancelled the 3 copies and didn’t approve the other 2 and now I cannot order any copies. If someone has any ideas on a how to get this resolved (preferably by the 25th) please let me know. Contacting support through email only made matters worse and I cannot locate a phone number.

You could buy from a 3rd party source like amazon with digital download or DVD.
