I can send my friend mail, he can receive mail from me. He cannot however send me mail. I’m not sure why this is? To my knowledge I have not blocked him or anything? We were able to send each other stuff to begin with, it seems around the time I added him to my friends list or contact list he was unable to send me stuff anymore. Any ideas?

try using in game nick name rather than Berzalum.7159 as example. i was having problem like this too the other day

Ever since we first started using in game mail we have always sent to char names. Are you suggesting then to send to my marysvillain tag instead of my char name?

Oops just re-read it. Ya we have always sent mail based on char name not account name

some times this kind of things happens. did your friend really can’t email to anybody at all or just you ?i just hope that your problem fixed soon. it never happens to me after the patch / update.

btw when your friend send email what the notification on errors ?
