Guild Wars 2

I recently purchased some gems for a Server transfer- the amount is more than enough to transfer but the issue is when I go to the character selection screen, clicking on the server icon & to transfer- it has my old Gem balance which was insufficient compared to the one I have now but when I log back into my character it’s the new amount so I don’t really know what the deal is here- Is there a waiting period for gem bank to update?

A lot of times, you need to full log out and back in for this to process correctly. if that ever doesn’t work, submit a ticket.
