Cannot access guild bank [merged]
How long i have to wait until my second account i buyd 3 weeks ago can use my Guildvaults?
Ok i can take out Items but no Gold, it always say Account is New so its not allowed because of Goldsellers.
so question: How long i have to wait?
this dont help me really^^
they say nothing more than i have to do something on my second account
but what i have to do? cause i dont wanna waste my time with useless stuff – it was not my plan to lvl characters on my second account.
so what?
i need a amount archievement points?
lvl 80 character?
have to do dungeons pvp wvw?
what i have to do to use MY stuff

The only way to be able to remove gold from the second account’s bank is to amass gold on that account. As stated above. Good luck.
im sorry but i dont understand what you say – english is not my main language
so i have to put on this account more gold than i wanna take out from my personal guildvault?
i already did gold on this account (200) and i lvled tailor on him to 500 so character is lvl 16 or something but still i cant take gold out from my personal guildfault even when both accounts from me are guildleader and the only members in my bank
is there no real answer what i have to do for this? cause i buyd account ONLY to use it for tp and i dont wanna lvl characters or farm archievements points on this
and arenanet should writ this on the box cause i would not have buy it than
They’ve never said how much you have to do. The reason is, it’s a gradual increase. It’s not “do a certain amount and your account is unlocked”. What you can do if you don’t want to level your second account enough to be completely unlocked, is for your first account to email gold to the second account. Just don’t send more than what that account needs as sending the extra gold back may be a problem. Because of gold sellers, new unleveled accounts have restrictions on them on sending other accounts gold.

Access to the vault is restricted in the begining. As you play your new char you will gain access to the bank. This is done to ensure goldsellers don’t have it to easy.
Yeah but it doesn’t explain how I can access another guild bank. If only seems to be restricted to this one guild
That’s weird. You are using the same char and are able to withdraw gold from the other bank?
Might have to do with the rights you gave your char in the other (further developed) bank.

Yeah I give him leader so he should have it. I triple checked ranks and privileges and he’s alright.
edit: I should also note the guild was created on SoR, but the character that I’m trying to access it on is from Yaks Bend
Guild upgrades are server-based. If the guild bank is on Server A, you cannot access it on
Server B. I think this even applies if you guest to Server A but your home server is Server B.
If I’m reading this right, the account you’re having problems with is a new account, so you might be able to delete the characters on it and change the home server to SoR and create new characters there to access your bank.

Then that might be why you can get stuff from the older bank, but not the newer one.
Are both characters on the same server? If not, that’s likely your issue (Guild Banks are tied to individual servers).
You should be able to mail the items / gold to your second account without an issue, however.

Part of The reason is anet dosent expect people to buy 2 account 1 is all most people have with maybe a extra charcter slot or 2

i have 26 slots on my main account and second account is on same server and i can use guildvault with both account
i jsut cant take gold out from the guildvault – both accounts are leader and have the right to do it
Chris.9142 … you assume too much, Anet doesn’t have a problem with people having two or more accounts at all. I know for a fact that several Anet employees do so. As for only a couple of extra character slots. You don’t really know the hardcore players, I guess. I have two accounts with 15 slots on each, most of which are level 80. On GW1, I had two accounts with 28 characters each. I’m sure I’ll hit that point with GW2 eventually; and I know that I am not numbered among the few.
Now, for Romek.
Gold sellers are a serious problem in an MMO; they destroy the integrity and the economy of the game. While Anet’s policies may seem rather tough, they were a welcome change had you seen the issues with gold sellers, guild thieves, etc. To that end, any new account must meet 1 of 2 conditions for unlimited transactions.
1. The account must be 30 days old.
or
2. The account must earn through “natural” means (farming, harvesting, looting, etc.) an amount of in game gold value equivalent to the amount of money/goods being transferred (either through mail or guild transfer.)
Additionally, new members to guilds cannot withdraw from the guild bank for (I believe) 72 hours.
I would suggest you pick on character and begin leveling to 80 on your secondary account just to build up your “gold buffer.” Once you get to 80, farm Orr or Southsun for rapid cash. I’m not sure if buying and selling on the TP would quickly and substantially increase your limit, but it might be worth a shot.

but i can send to my second account 200g per mail what i did now 2x and no problem – only problem is i cant even take out 10g from guildfault^^
I am unable to access my guild bank in Lion’s Arch. I belong to two other guilds and am able to access those banks in LA but not my own. I can only access it in Divinity’s Reach. I have sent a bug report and three days later filed a tech support issue for which there has been no response again…and today filed another report after ANOTHER three days. I am getting very frustrated with this whole support process which is BROKEN in my opinion. Please help.

Opening multiple tickets will slow down your response, and the more you open the slower the response will be. If you have not received a response after 3 days, you need to post your original ticket # in the 3 days or older thread for review. Opening another ticket instead will accomplish nothing but stop you from getting an answer.

^ This. But keep in mind, this may be a very rare situation and those can take time, especially with limited staffing over the Christmas holidays. Please be patient, even while I do understand this is confusing and frustrating.
