I have just bought one copy of the game normally for myself, and i am trying to buy another one for my friend, but when i click on “buy digital deluxe” or even " buy normal version", nothing happens anymore? It was working literally 10 minutes ago? What happened?

He is also trying to click it, but nothing happens as well. Tried different browsers. We have different IPs…

Anyone ever encountered this?

i know the offer is over and all, but i am still not able to buy the game!! what is going on?? fix the bug already! or at least give us the expected date when it will be fixed, this is frustrating!!

I have the same problem. Yesterday I bought a copy for me and all was ok, but after 4-5 hours I tried to buy another copy for a friend and I get a message that my credit card is invalid.

Did you call your credit card company. It may be a security feature. I had the same issue back when it was released and it only let me buy one, but after I called it when thru.

It is not a credit card problem. I tried 3 types of credit cards from different owners, all had the same error. Probably a problem on the website for everyone or just for certain countries.

Trying to buy some gems from the gem store with real money, tried using 2 different credit cards to do so, I filled out every required field multiple times with both credit cards and the purchase fails every time, any help?

I am having the same issue. I’ve been trying to buy it for my brother and I was trying all night last to get the special 59.99 Deal but it kept refreshing the page… Can someone please help me with this?

Well now it’s working but now it says 79.99…. I don’t understand I tried all night last night to buy it at the special price and now it’s gone up…

I am having the same problem but with paypal. It seems many accounts are blocked from buying anything until you contact support. Even then they only unlock your account for 24 hours.

Why are our accounts locked by default? why are the only unblocked for 24 hours?

Hello Gaile. I had the same problem as these people where when I tried to buy the game it kept on saying card approval failure. So I went and bought the game from Amazon. Now I am trying to buy gems and it is doing the same thing. My question is does using a debit card cause a conflict some how because it is obviously not my card. Also I would advise anyone who is having this problem to go buy it somewhere else because support can take weeks to get back to you. Also I am pretty sure Anet is loosing a lot of money from this problem as I am not the only one this has happened to.
