i want to delete my characters but when i tried to put the names on the box below the ’’delete’’ option still gray i wonder if there is something bugs that i cant delete them i hope some could help me about this issues thanks

Name spelled right?

Is it case sensitive?

yes everything spelled right the lower and upper case everything is the same

Is it possible you accidentally added space at the end of the name during character creation? Even though it’s a space, it’s still counted as a character.

i typed it carefully i tried to delete other chars its the same i tried to log out its the same i wonder what happened, is it only me or others too cant delete there lowbies character on slots
