I am currently trying to come back to guild wars 2 and I cannot download the game. I have located the gw2setup.exe file I’ve downloaded from the account management page and have downloaded the windows file. I have tried running in administrator and pretty much everything in the top 40 google hits as to how to fix this so it leads me to this forum. I run the program, it downloads around 11mb of data automatically, then starts another set of data which it just says 0 kb/s then minimizes to the tray in which i cannot bring to front or view what’s happening in anyway. I have to close it to re-try it but obviously with no luck. All firewalls are disabled, nothing is blocking my connection to the internet but I physically can’t even get to the “install” part of the installer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I’m itching to install the game.
