Guild Wars 2

Hi everybody!
I’ve got a little problem here. I’ve recently formatted my computer, and tried to install gw2 anew. Problem is, i downloaded the Gw2Setup but when i click on it, all it shows is the login bar. Account name, Password, and login. When i try to log in, it’ll just freeze, and nothing happens. Shouldn’t a red bar with “Install” written on it appear? I’m confused, please help me

Rename Gw2Setup.exe to Gw2.exe and move it to where you’d like to install it, for example:
C:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe

Run in admin mode turn off all antivirus and firewalls.

I tried this and it shows as Publisher ‘Unknown’

I also got this when trying to download client

You’ve got further than I have. Desktop icon is all I have, when I double click , nothing happens at all, and I mean NOTHING. As if the whole game has been wiped from my PC. It’s still in Control Panel so no uninstall, CD boot doesn’t work either.

Played since 2006 and this is the 1st time I’ve had an account problem like this. Ofc I made a ticket so I’ll see what happens…

Jesus, i thought it wouldn’t work, but it actually did. It was something so stupid.
