Tried to log in, an error pops up saying that the account or password is invalid. Login works fine here (obviously) so it is not an issue of a hijacked account or me typing something incorrectly. I’ve also tried restarting and nothing has worked.
Was also just playing yesterday and everything worked fine.
I’ve tried to reset my password only leading to yet another error stating to create a ticket which I’ve just done.

would love to hear something about this, as I’ve owned the game for all of five days and now I can’t even log in.
By any chance did you log into this webpage without cached credential? Can you try logging in with private mode enabled? control+shift+p opens a private window, that doesn’t save or store any cache. If Google chrome it is control+shift+n
