Guild Wars 2

I haven’t played for a while on my warrior…

Now i want to log in but, when i select my warrior, the loading screen keeps switching backgrounds from lions arch to tower of nightmares.
It keeps loading and switching.
After it has switched around 40 times and 30 seconds later, i get the error: ’server request limit exeeded. Server disconnect. (Code=44:4:5:3446:101)

Is there a way to login on this character somehow?
All the other characters work perfectly fine.
