Due to Arenanet buggling my account linking at headstart and resetting my username and password to an invalid email address linked to my Gw1 account and not dealing with support tickets for over a month l now cannnot login to game or my support account

Done. I did manage to login to support account and lodge another ticket, yet after a month of no adequate response it is hard to imagine it ever being dealt with effectively other than by phone as l have repeatedly requested.
Due what l have discovered the issue has now compounded out of control.
It’s much more than just a simple username and password issue.
