Guild Wars 2

Hi all, my wife and I both play GW and GW2. She isn’t that impressed with GW2 so hasn’t played it for a while. She decided to try it again but now cannot login. She knows her username and password but it comes up with varied errors when trying to login.
1st error is:
Build: 27495
Error Code: 45:6:3:2205
“Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated due to botting, extended unattended play, using macros, or similar behaviour. Attempting to automate gameplay through any means or attempting to circumvent idle-time restrictions in any way is in violation of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. The account closure is permanent.

2nd error is:
Build: 27495
Error Code: 21:6:3:2205
The server was unable to authenticate your gameplay privileges. Please contact Customer Support to provide them with your registered e-mail address. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com

Both are confusing as she has hardly played GW2 and wouldn’t know where or what the first error code was referring to.

Anyone have any ideas.

Yes, her account has been compromised. She will need to contact CS to regain control of her account. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. Good luck.

The first message shows her account might have been hacked and used for the purposes mentioned. That also explains the second one.

She should contact support (she can without having to log in here) at the top of the page. Go from there

Contacted Support so hopefully get it sorted soon.
She had issues logging into her Guild Wars account too. That was just an email issue after linking accounts I think. GW is now sorted. Just waiting on GW2 being sorted now.
