Cannot receive mail from players or the gem store...

Hey,
I’ve been experiencing this issue since before the beginning of the month and no one else I encounter seems to be having it. I cannot receive mail from players, and everything that has been sent to me disappears into some void. This has resulted in the loss of many items and silver.
Additionally, I purchased a number of dye packs on the Black Lion gem store, only to never have these items delivered. I’m assuming these are related problems, since they both involve mail delivery.
I opened a support ticket about this several days ago and have yet to hear a response, and it’s incredibly frustrating to not only miss out on items I purchased, but lose items other players send me.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there something I can do to fix it? Since the mailbox caps and 10 mails, even if all my lost mail eventually shows up, and I going to lose anything that goes over the 10 mail limit?

Once my mail fills up and I delete the other mails, the sent mails appear.
