Guild Wars 2

I just bought a digital deluxe copy. Have the code, followed the link in the email to register it. Plug in all my information (name, e-mail address, etc) and then my password. Won’t accept the password. It keeps saying it needs to be 8 chars long. Of course it is. So I try other ones. Nothing works.

Also this being an alt accnt the e-mail address is NOT the same one as the one I’m using right now. The kicker is because I haven’t registered I cannot create a support ticket because I cannot provide a valid accnt name.

The passwords you are trying may be on the blacklist. Try something odd and unique. Previously, there was a cool-down on attempting to create a password, and an error would occur. I do not know if it is still in effect.

banana123…

try type banana123banana…. it will accept your password (make sure included words are not from your First or Sirname)

and then go forgot your password and change it to what ever you want.
