I needed to submit a ticket regarding the problem I’m experiencing with the BLTP, which is that when I try to submit my CC details (to purchase gems) I am just sent around in circles. Repeatedly being told to “enter payment details” (which are right there on the screen.) I enter the correct details, but the web form doesn’t appear to “see” them.
When I then attempted to submit the aforementioned ticket, by going to the support area, my efforts were once again, thwarted. Each time I enter my details, it results in my being told that the account already exists and to try again. No matter how many times I try. I am now feeling completely frustrated because I cannot work out what is wrong?
I even requested a user-name reminder (which was sent immediately – thank you) but after entering it, followed by the two capcha words, a message came back that those details belong to an existing account. Yes they do, they are mine.
So now I have reached wits end for today… I honestly can’t work out what I am doing wrong… ? My account has not been compromised in any way, I don’t share my computer/passwords/IDs etc.
Please can anyone at ANet assist me? Thank you for looking.
