I’m using my room mates account to make this forum post because I can’t log into mine. I bought a hard copy of the game and no longer have my serial code/box. I found my display name after some digging in the e-mail but that’s not enough to retrieve my password.

When I try to submit a ticket, I get this error:

Liquid error: undefined method `cms_texts’ for #<User:0×007fa48db82278>: cannot be blank

I have filled out everything possible for the ticket, the only ones I left blank are the ones you’re allowed to leave blank because I no longer have that information. With no phone support and not being able to submit a ticket, how do I retrieve my account password to start playing again?

Make sure you select the drop down menu under “Specific Issue”. That is often over looked and can cause the error you received.
