Have been trying to buy gems all day. Every time i go to complete the order it says a error has occurred try again later.

Do you want my money or not?

Still getting the same error “Unfortunately an error has occurred, please try again later”.

Tell me i wont be charged for every attempt ive made to purchase gems when it decides it wants to work.

Also why isn’t it working. My info is all correct and i’m trying to purchase the $100 package.

having the same issue, tried at 20 and 35$. I’m in Western Australia, no latency issues, card is good.

Must just be a server problem then, maybe they should say something cause I’m about to take my money elsewhere.

It seems to be global problem, ‘cause I have it too a few days ago. (I’m in Hungary).
I wrote a support ticket too but I think they work on it. There was a billing maintenanace a few days ago.
(p.s. sorry for my bad english.)

(The Support Team gives me a tips to resolve the problem.
Cause the in-game Black Iron Company Trading UI uses the default web-browser settings try to delete the browser temporaly internet files and clear the cache (the default windows web-browser). I don’t know it works I will try this at 7:00PM.)

Guys, don’t use any special character or punctuation in the payment informations and it will be correct!

My error was in the payment informations section, after the methode and the gem quantity choice. I could choose payment method.
But do you try to clear the browser cache too? Try to clear all of your broswers too (IE, FF, Chrome, etc.) maybe it will help.
Or I think you need submit a support ticket.

yeah i tried all that, i put a ticket in and its being escalated and will take some time apparently.

Ticket got answered, the transaction was being flagged in security checks and blocked. They fixed it and transaction went through this time.
