i got my old password back by trail and error of using other accounts but when i want to change my password it wont let me it gives me a empty failed box and the new password is above 8 numbers & letters im confused and i want to know what might be the problem

If there is a bug with the password change option the you will need to contact support. Top of page-Support then Submit a Request.

Keep in mind they have a list of “bad” passwords that cannot be used.

If anyone has used any part of the password before you cannot use it. You need to make up something completely off the wall for it to be accepted. They have a large list of previously used passwords and patterns and they cannot be used.
