1 -2 hours ago i got dc’d, been trying to reconnect with no luck. its just giving me the encounter error in login. even trying to browse the website is slower than other websites.

just wondering if other users in general or from Australia are having the same issue?

I am in Oregon, US, and I can’t connect either.

i am from philippines, and i experienced the same problem, i was in Silverwaste when suddenly ping shoot up.. i tried changing my ISP since i have 2 at home.. but still the same prob. please help us Anet

can’t login either. been taking so long to login at the launcher.
the Circular animation at the bottom right of the screen keeps turning…but nothing ever loads. …so frustrating! was in the middle of crafting

was fine for the whole day. started having issues 1hr ago. its now saying can’t login to server

is it a select number of people that can’t log in?

also if you guys state how long ago the the connection issues started it might help the troubleshooting for anet staff

Similar problem here, accessing the game from Singapore (Singtel ISP).

It was fine earlier today, but an hour or so ago the game started getting very, very slow. Skills would only fire after… a few minutes at least. And the trading post window would not load. Got a couple of error messages that said it might be connectivity issues, but everything else on my computer is loading fine.

Side note – this website is loading exceptionally slowly as well.

Same Issue… from Singapoer (Singtel ISP).. from cant login and just now i able to login but ping is 3000ms then get disconnected… you are not alone…

I could not log in too from Singapore. Sigh. Anet! My holidays, please do something about it.

Hi from California! Having trouble logging in as well.

In California, I can login but have major lag and disconnections.

I able to login and do AB loot…. ping is stable for me around 250ms…. i guess the connection is up and fine now

looks like it was some network issue on anet side, because the ping to login server was fine, any where else in game and forum the ping was avg 2500
