Cant contact support
I tired again and no luck. What has happened to me is really odd. I have a few copper, but not everything was taken in the bank bar for the gems and ore and has the feeling as if the character was rolled back in this new update that happened. I also know I am not the only one. Someone else appeared at lions arch with exactly the same thing happen to them. Please can someone get back to me from support about this problem asap.

Still didnt work. My other post has been merged into the stickied hacked thread up top, and I know I am not alone as there is a YT vid on there of exactly what happened to me actually happening to someone else too. I just hope they contact me to get it sorted out as I really cant get the support forms to work on this site for some reason.
I finally managed to contact support via the old email address of support@guildwars.com. I managed to get a ticket number, and it seems to be showing on this site. Now all I have to do is play the waiting game and hope they read the ticket properly and manage to actually recover the account to before all this nightmare happened.
Get comfortable. It won’t be soon.
