Guild Wars 2

Okay so i just bought the game today and i put the disc in my computer and it wont even run and i tried going into my computer and it doesnt even show up. i put another game in my computer and it ran fine i also put the guild wars 2 disc in my friends computer and it ran so im wondering if i need to do something…. can anyone help?
