Never got this error before since i got the game (1 day before release) now when i log in i get this message “the game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network” error 42:100:7006:849 anyone know why im getting this?

Seems to be a widespread issue, I’m getting the same thing.

used to get that with avg firewall turned on, you could try turning off your firewall if you have it on, or your ISP might be blocking it… IDK, there is a variety of possibilities.

thats odd SkullRaven, and Match i do have my firewall turned off i never had this issue before today

I’m getting the same message and I was just on a couple hours ago

Long time ago I had an ISP that didn’t like me using gaming ports, and they port blocked me, kept getting firewall issues, you guys might be getting that, I guess you should make sure all your required ports are unblocked.

Lol. I’m in the same boat as you guys. My firewall is off and the ports are correct and I’ll still can’t login..

Same problem here. 2 hours after I logged in last time.
And its the first time it happens.

having the same issue. I share an internet connection with someone else, but haven’t had this issue until just a bit ago. I logged in early this afternoon just fine.

I was in the middle of AC dungeon explore mode when I got disconnected and locked out.

I have the same issue, and ticket submitted as well.

I submitted a ticket and they replied back in 15 minutes telling me to try logging in again. Still no improvement or fix.

I logged out, and 10 min later I can not log back in. My boyfriend came home today and can not login either.

1. internet is working,
2, firewalls are off
3. virus protection disabled
4. username and passwords varified
5. able to log into the website with no issue.
6. no changes have been made to the network or computers since last login.

*7. located in California
*8. submitted a ticket
*9. server = sanctum of rall

What is going on here?

heard from anet and they said it should be taken car of but alsas it is not

Yup, been having it since I tried logging on around 6:30 PM CDT. Maybe a half-hour before that, I was at work on that network and it worked perfectly fine.

Same thing has happend to me guys. I really hope I get to continue playing. I read that they did an update which was rountine maintanance but I dont know if this has anything to do with the login issue.
