Cant log in.. TO NCSOFT..
I’m not sure I understand this correctly, but support is at the top of the page. Once a ticket is made, you can update that as you go along.
No idea why you would need to go to NCSOFT.
Well.. because i was told to by the Anet team?
the ticket i received told me to, i guess thats where they are sending everyone with the Error 7.
Just sux i cant get in.
You may want to edit your two pictures to delete your email addresses, as it is best not to display personal information on the forums.
As an alternative to using NCSoft’s site, you could make a thread in Tech Support and ask Ashley to help you. She often asks people to post their reports there, or other options to get the information to the Tech Support crew. Or maybe try sending your reports in an email to support@guildwars2.com, I’m not sure if that address has been disabled, or not.
They send a password that worked. Finally got a ticket in. now lets hope something can be resolved in less then 2 weeks.. lol.
And the only Email you can see in those pics is a crap email.
