Have you tried deleting some of your in-game mail? That is usually the reason for missing mail. =)

When I changed my password, I didn’t receive an email. I don’t think they send out emails when you change your password.

Yeah i did still no message.

OMG i just got the mail! lol never mind deleting post! took about 30 mins to get it! hahaha
But i still cant log in to my support account :/
