I’ve had to contest infractions in the past and made a support account to do those..

recently I topped up my account with the max amount of gems a few times..

now when I go to top up i get an error on finalizing and asks me to contact support..

problem is.. i try to log in with my details and it says not valid or deactivated.. i try to make an account.. it says this email is already in use.. please use link to send password rest.. I click to request password reset.. no email.. i click to remind user name.. no email..

so I im now stuck not being able to buy gems..

p.s. so i ewnt online to buy a gem card.. did that now im going through walls of verify’s with them.. and im at a friends for a few days.. so dont have docs on me to hand..

any help much appreciated

Hmmm… this is odd. I suggest you try sending an email directly to Support@GuildWars2.com. That should generate a ticket and get you the help you need.
