As I understand it, something is blocking HTTPS access to the login server. You should check local firewalling rules, etc, to try and eliminate that problem.

Beyond that, if it continues to occur, I’d suggest a support ticket.

you can try to change the ports via commandline arguments as a workaround.

"C:/path/to/Gw2.exe" -clientport 80

"C:/path/to/Gw2.exe" -clientport 443

I got the same thing. Anet support team are helping me out for the pass week along with all kinds of instruction. Nothing work!!!
