I’m having the same problem as this person did (about a year ago) It just pops up a new window to write back to them, not the same page the as the GM wrote on, any fix to this? ( had to make a new ticket)

Which email provider are you using? You should be able to reply to any email you receive from the CS Team, just as you would to any other email from others. It’s difficult to tell what your exact issue is, as the automated ‘Hey, we are using a new support address and implementation’ email response is long gone.
You don’t have to reply ‘above this line’, if your email provider doesn’t support it. If you sent a new ticket in, make sure you referenced your original ticket in the headline.

Yes. I use an email provider that does not support ‘reply above this line’, and the CS Team always responds to my emails. (Got a response today, in fact.)
