Also there is a $300 per month cap on gems from one credit card.
I agree, PayPal is an excellent alternative to try!

Its been an hour since their last response. And Paypal isnt an option I do not use it.
And this is the first time I’ve tried to purchase gems.
Also this is the same credit card I purchased the game with.
An hour? Mate its going to take longer than that, you can’t expect a instant response. My suggestion is get a PayPal account going as its one of the safer ways of using your credit card.
If you have never used your credit card before to purchase gems it might not hurt to check with your bank to make sure that they are not blocking the transactions for some reason.
The annoying thing is the games on the NCsoft master account have gone free to play. And I havent played them in several years. Perhaps there should be some amount of time that after the card isnt used its taken off that account.
Can you not log into those other accounts to remove the credit card details manually?
Support will have suggestions for you. Some of those mentioned in this thread are quite helpful, and Support may suggest that same thing, as well. They’ll get back to you soon – the ticket queues are not long and responses are pretty quick!

I dont have any of my old log in information for Aion and City of Heroes. I have removed the card information from the NCsoft master account and unfortunately that did not help.
Suggesting that I use Paypal when I have already stated that I do not use it isnt very helpful sorry.
Is there are reason you don’t want to use PayPal? I have had issues with my credit card not being accepted and using PayPal has worked every single time (except when i hit the $300 per month limit)
Also how about actually trying some of the suggestions or come up with your own instead of knocking back peoples suggestions to help YOU??
EDIT: The above is because your response is you “don’t use it”. Is it a case of you have not used it or you dont want to?

Oh I forgot to mention I checked with my bank and there are not blocks on their end.
I just want to buy some gems for next weeks event My daughter is looking forward to halloween and being in Australia the most exciting way to celebrate it is online events. Dressing the kids up around here and trick or treating just gets us alot of weird looks!

I have tried to delete the card of the other games. Checked with the bank and my next plan is to steal my husbands credit card when he gets home. Hopefully his will work. But honestly if anyones card would have an NCsoft limit it should be his!
Oh and with Paypal I dont have an account. Never tried it and would prefer to stay away from it. I will ask my husband what he thinks about setting it up when he gets home. But I dont like my chances.
Fair enough, that said PayPal is safer than giving your credit card information to a whole heap of different companies. As most games/companies will offer to store credit card details and then that information could be stolen.
Its up to you but PayPal in this situation will get you your gems for next week.
The issue was escalated and I got the exact same response.
“Currently, we have a limit of five NCsoft master accounts per credit card usage.”
So my options are use another credit card, Paypal or game card.
Paypal my husband isnt keen on. Game card I am in Australia and they are not available to me. Or another credit card.
:( Not impressed.

Support might be able to – but even if the account no longer has the card on file, there is a record of that card having been used on it.
It’s an anti-let-us-go-and-buy-new-accounts-on-a-stolen-card-FAST measure.
I have the same Issue.
But even if I try to use Paypal, it doesn’t work either; so i’m virtualy incapable to buy any gems right now (was it so hard to make paysafecard option?).
