my account has been repeatedly hacked since 9/12/12 mostly from china i played from pre lauch till thanksgiving till life got in the way recently my friend started playing again so this morning i logged on and it said i was banned i went to the website and had 5 ips outside of where i live daytona beach fl this is and old email i only use for this game and one other mmo so what r my chances of getting my account back

Write a support ticket. See the stickies on that on this page. On top ot this page click “support” and proced with “ask a question”. Check for information on account restoration as well, because that is what you might need after the account is turned over to you again.
BTW change mail and password via that way too.

If you are repeatedly getting your account stolen, it is quite possible that you may have some sort of nasty on your computer that is recording your keystrokes. I would suggest doing a very thorough inspection and clean of the machine to make sure there is no keyloggers or other malware on the machine. Once complete, the Support Team can assist you in getting your account back under your control.

I would also suggest, like Michael above, in creating a brand new email account somewhere safe and askign Support to change the email address your account is linked to. Use a very good, new password for your email account and a different, even stronger one, for the game. Your ISP should be able to help you if you need an email account, I don’t know that I would be trusting the “free” accounts that are available out there.

well i havent played since thanks giving and it was one stolen on the 9/12/12 but its only for my games and i never check it hadnt had any of the games i currently play have this problem but since i havent checked it they got into it and had access to my email and my account for the last few months they how ever where nice enough to sign it up for all these great offers from every single website they could find but im gonna probly close this email out any way nothing i can do about the 2443+ spam a day atm just been all day and they are bouncing me around now
