Iam going too the accountmanagment fill the in fields…and say save changes..screen refreshes and nothing happens…any suggestions?

Is there anything you expect to be happening?
I guess it will work next time, when you try to login. So check that.

Well I expect the password to be changed and yes I tried log in log out …… so ty for ur smart reply. Ok will ask it in a different way is there anybody who tried to change the password having the same experience?

When I changed my password today, I got a message that it was changed.
Then I logged out and then I came in with the new password. No Problems.

That was my reason to ask you, if you expected anything to happen. I wished to read if any message popped up after refreshing the page after pressing the update-button.
No need to get angry about that. Just trying to help as best a I can.

No problem the reply felt like i was saying a stupid thing. Not angry soz was not ment that way. I just tried it many times old pwd..new..and confirm…save changes …and than nothing it felt like a refresh from the page and thats it. Than i tried to log in with the new pwd but it just did not change. Will try it later again ty for ur reply.

I just had this problem , i managed to change it after 20 attempts , the problem is it doesn’t tell you if you are using the correct password to begin with.

I tried to change my password due now so i wouldnt have to later, but i didnt get a notice of it had been changed now its not letting me log in with my new, old and its not letting me recover…

I attempted to change my password on Friday 2/1/2013 about 20 different times with no success. Everytime I log back in, it populates the password tab with my old password and allows me to play. I don’t think it should take multiple attempts and I tried everything from 8 charachter to 20 character passwords using letters and numbers.

I had the same problem, but managed to find out what caused the problem for me.

When I make a new passwords, I usually type it first in notepad and copy from notepad to the New Password field.
And in the Confirm New Password field I just type it directly with the keyboard.

I do that, because I usually don’t look at the keyboard when I type, and sometimes I place my hands so I hit the wrong keys. And this way I can be sure that I didn’t accidentally typed the same wrong thing twice. :P

However I found out that it didn’t work if I copied into one of the fields, as I usually do. I had to type directly into both fields, to make it work.
