You would have to continue to discuss the issue with CS. Nothing the forum can really do.
You can always put your skin on an Ascended Greatsword. That’s something, if all else fails.

I just created this post hoping that this issue would be escalated and also to show others that if i am still denied of this, it only goes to show that those who were inactive and were not informed of changes would have to suffer from set backs and that we cant enjoy the game fully without worrying about changes in the future which in this case was the transmutation splitter. I thank you Inculpatus cedo for your awareness of my issue and even providing me with a solution however it just isnt the same. I am in hope that gaile gray would be able to further assist me with such an issue.

Well, for information purposes only, it is against forum rules to create a ticket and then make a thread hoping to escalate the issue.

I see thanks i was unaware of that, its been only 2 days since the opening and all ive gotten and received were the standard replies of “unable to fulfill request” i do wonder if CS support team did read my messages. I am here in hope that gaile gray does and get the point across to them. The only way of transmuting item way before the wardrobe function was to actually have the item to transmute them, however with the implementation of the wardrobe function and the change of Transmutation Splitter to give charges i am unable to get my Eternity back. I was not warned or whatsoever and because of update i am unable to get my item back? Arenanet do definitely have the log or any database to prove it. However the response i have been getting so far is the inability to fulfill my request. I have been polite but i am starting to get really frustrated with a what seems to be like a auto generated response and the <strong>assumption</strong> from me that they do not wish to reinstate my legendary because that would “cost” them

Are you stating that you have transmuted the item to the extent that a Transmutation Splitter cannot recover the Legendary or that you are just unable to obtain a Splitter?
I know when the Wardrobe system came out, this issue came up LOTS and from my understanding, Support was providing Splitters to players to try and resolve the issues but that may have been a limited time deal (I was never directly involved and only recall the reports in posts here). Post in the 3 days old thread and see if Gaile can assist in this (if there is a technical solution).

To be fair, you actually were warned. Everyone was. It’s not really the Devs fault you did not heed the warnings because you didn’t read the announcements. Surely, you would not suggest they send you a personal email or something like that.
Pretty sure the KB states there isn’t anything CS can do, but perhaps you will get some kind of assistance as Legendaries are often exceptions to the rules.

I do not recall a warning about the transmutation splitters being removed from the store. They were removed a few weeks before the April 15th update.
I was lucky in that I bought my splitter when I transmuted my legendary for my low level alt, wanting to be SURE I could undo the change regardless of when I did it. But there was no warning about their removal from the store. People after it was removed were able to get them from support after a submitted ticket at least within the month that the feature patch hit.
And all who stood by and did nothing, who are they to criticize the sacrifices of others?

It makes me wonder if Support no longer has access to these Spitters. I’m assuming the reason why they won’t send him another Eternity is because it won’t be account bound and that’s the same as handing a player ~5000 gold (since some people in his position, if they got an Eternity from support would sell it and keep their old weapon skin).
If they no longer have Splitters to send out then I’m not sure what they can do to fix this but I would definitely ask Gaile to review the situation.
First of all no warning was given and as a player who decided to take a break from the game i should not need to constantly check as to whether there will be a change or not. So am i to assume that a player cant take a break from the game without worrying? Thats an issue there.

No i am fairly confident with a transmutation Splitter i would be able to get back my eternity. Its just that i took a really long break and when i got back to the game the transmutation splitters effect has been changed to give transmutation charges.
Lilith Ajit roughly got my situation here.
@Astral Projections.7320 i hope they still do. I dont deny “most” of the player would do what you have suggested. However i am just hoping i get the stats or legend back account bounded ( i wont mind even if they got into my account just to purposely account bound it ) . I got them close to 1.5 years ago so the amount of effort i have put in was just way too much to let this slide. I do hope Gaile fully understands my situation and plight.
