Changed countries
There is only two ways to switch servers, by paying or by deleting all your characters. That’s it. There is nothing support can do about this. If you pay or delete all your characters you can transfer to any server that is not full, either EU or NA.

The transfer fee is waived for accounts without any active characters. You can transfer without cost if you delete all your existing characters. The next time you log on without any characters, you will be prompted to choose a new home world. Please be aware that if you decide to delete the characters on your account, Customer Support cannot restore them, in whole or in part.
To transfer to a different world, go to the character selection screen (using F12 or when you first logon) and select the desired world; you will be logged out while the game makes these changes, which might take 5-30 minutes. You can transfer once every seven days.
Access to guild improvements on the new world
When you move, you will lose access to all your guild improvements on your original world (unless you move back). This includes any guild vault and all of its contents. Accordingly, if you have any items stored in a group or personal guild vault, be sure to move them to your personal bank before transferring. Members that transfer will have to regenerate influence and build new upgrades on the new world.

You also have the option of staying on the EU servers. You don’t have to switch just because you’ve moved, only if you want to.
