Changing Account name (e-mail)

I have a serious problem, I changed my e-mail password and I not only forgot it but am also unable to retrive it. Is it possible to change it, because this way in case someone trys to hack my account (been there) and in case I want to play form different ip adress (been there too) I am unable to do so.

I can confirm I am the owner of the account, I can provide all nessecery information, including pictures.

Support may be able to help you. It depends on what proofs of ownership you can provide. We obviously cannot turn over an account to someone based only on their knowing the email address or something of that sort. The team will work with you to figure out how they can help, so contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.
