Guild Wars 2

I’ve noticed recently when I go to the character creation and zoom to the face, it goes way down in the corner, regardless of character height. Fortunately I’m able to see most of what I’m doing but it makes things really awkward….

Does this have anything to do with settings or recent updates or is there anything I can do?

Go down to one of the face tabs and a zoom in/out icon comes up, zoom out and it will be ok.

I’ve been having similar issues of late and that work-around has worked for me on Asuran characters.

Yah, character creation is a little buggy right now. The tall races such as Norn and Charr can be so tall you can’t see their heads.

Same Issue. When zoomed in the head should be centered in the character area, but for sylvari and humans the head, regardless of character height, is put at the bottom of the screen and right at the chin you miss the perspective that it gave when you saw from the shoulders up like it was before. This makes it seem awkward(like was said) to adjust the facial features.

A work around could be to change your resolution to Fullscreen 1920 × 1080 pixel in option [F11] during char creation. It seem that this res. will place at least my Asura in the centre of preview during creation of character and make use of the zoom symbol (look for the tiny symbol to change between modes) to re-centre between different changes to see what your changes will look like.

I am having this same exact issue. Nothing seems to work around it.
Hope it is repaired before HoT launch.
Will post again if I find anything.
