I purchased the expansion and used the character lvl 80 boost. If i purchase one more time the expansion, i will receive the boost and be able to use it?

L80 boost is one time per account. You can’t upgrade to the expansion more than one time on the same account anyway. So you can’t do that to get another L80 boost on the same account. If you buy the expansion again and create a new account or apply it to an account that doesn’t have HoT you would get the L80 boost on that separate account.
