The game is restarted, taking me to the character creation screen and my main character lv 80 is missing! you can see the medals and game progress but my character isn’t here. No one has seen fit to give me an answer and now have gone about 7 hours. I’m really tired of all the problems we have in this game, but this is a very serious thing: incredible !

No answer ? A GM or someone else on the upper floors can answer ? What are you doing, ArenaNet ?

You probably got hacked, and the hacker deleted your character.

Only pg lv 80 has been canceled? and if so? then ArenaNet must refund the game and all the gems that I bought, because in this case I will not play again and will tell everyone I know not to buy Guild Wars 2 because there is the possibility that people lose their characters after weeks of play! This is an outrage! and if they are not able to regenerate the characters then this is the most shameful thing ever seen in a mmorpg.

Only 7 hours and the world is ending? Give them time to answer you! Or just try logging on later to see if it fixes itself

Do not be hypocrites, the real problem is that from what I read around would not be able to restore a character: thus, it is useless to play a game that has these holes so there is the possibility that the hours of play are lost together the money spent on gems!

None of us knows what happened so I’m not going to jump to any conclusions. Post your ticket number and maybe a nice ArenaNet employee can help you

I think that’s the ticket, but in 5 days I have opened 3 due to bugs in the game but only one email I received, I hope it is the one that refers to the ticket on my character disappeared: [Incident :120908-003904]

Opening multiple tickets is probably not advised as they are already swamped. Use the /bug command to report other bugs that do not affect your account

I know it well but influenced my gaming session. You’re not talking to a baby that crying for any bullkitten. Thanks anyway for the answer. Waiting for a response from Arena which I hope can solve everything quickly and in the right way.
