Guild Wars 2

After the numerous connections issues while installing the new patch, I now have a blank character selection screen when logging in. The pointer icon changes on the screen in certain places (namely in the middle, where I get a hand pointer, probably so I could normally rotate my character view). Other than that, window is completely blank.

I have the exact same problem. The PC Support forums have a thread with people having this problem too. If I had to guess, I’d think it’s from the servers being overloaded with everyone trying to get on after being kicked for the patch, but I don’t know.

Same problem after the patch, although technically, my screen isn’t blank…it’s just black. The pointer is on the screen and changes to a hand in places.

A report that deleting the Guild Wars 2 folder in ~/Library/Application Support/ solved the problem.
