In the past few days, I’ve been completing Malchor’s Leap and doing some node runs there. I usually leave the characters camping there for easy access, but recently I started facing an issue. Whenever I try to login on a character that is located on this map or use a waypoint my game gets stuck on a Loading Screen or kicks me back to the previous map and even the character screen.

I tried several things, but nothing is working. Now half of my characters are stuck and I can’t retrieve them.

You might try doing a client repair. If that doesn’t work you’ll probably need to make a ticket and speak to support.
