Sounds like your account may have been hacked. You’ll want to file a ticket with Support so they can investigate, and hopefully roll your account back and restore your characters.

IPs can be spoofed. How do you think so many people get their accounts hijacked by gold farmers in other countries?

If you contact Customer Support, they will assist you with an account restoration, if you so desire. You should change the passwords for your game account and your email account to make sure no one can access your account in the future.

Note account restorations are rollbacks – any progress you make now (if you make a new character) will be erased when the restoration goes through.
