They lock a thread to avoid arguments. You where given your answer there was really nothing more to say in the forums. You said you contacted support which is what you should have done first so there was really no reason to continue with the thread here.
Thanks, ShiningSquirrel for your input, but I have my reasons for wanting to talk to them. Your opinion on nothing more to say is yours, not mine.

To round out this topic: The account in question was blocked in error. We generally remove the suspension for a first time offense, but an agent failed to lift the suspension and that is something for which we apologize.
The account was reinstated as the result of the ticket that Trypz submitted. And a ticket is how one contacts CS, so it’s great it all worked out well.
