Hello. I just have problem with client. It always crashes after some time while updating. Right now It doesn’t even update, it just crashes at the start of running.

Anybody can help me?

Yesterday it happened that it downloaded game to playable point and I could enter the world of Tyria, but right now crashes are still here. I had to uninstall whole game.

I’m attaching logs from this error.

hmm what are lavasoft programs? How can I identify them?

You can do a ‘search’ on your computer for them. They are usually add-ons to the browser, and such. They are often piggy-backed in on Bing, which is often, again, snuck in with Windows. Sometimes, the first search turns up nothing; you must do the more complete search offered after the cursory one.
