Hi
My problem starts at the load screen. The client loads up to the game to; no music just a black screen and a cursor. Does anybody have any ideas on this? I’ve dumped the old client, and downloaded a new one and still the same thing. What am I missing?

Model: Macbook pro 13 inch early 2013 16 GB of RAM Intel HD graphics 4000 i5 chipset.

Im having the same issue as you. I have tried everything I can think of. I put my message out on the forums as well but you should message me if you get an answer. Also…did you have the small white blank screen pop up first but then go away?

I am having the same issue. I just submitted a ticket.

So glad it’s not just me having this issue. It’s been like this for over a week now.
