Client won't accept my valid Acc-Informations

hey guys,

so I took 2 weeks off GW2 and just wanted to play it again. I reinstalled the game and tried to log in but it failed always.

I thought, I remember my password incorrectly. But here on the website, I could login as usual. Anyway, I changed my password to go for sure. Now I can still log in here, but not in the client.

What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had the same issue?

Biggest thing I’d suggest is make sure you are using your email for your account name.

The “terrygodking.1463” is your DISPLAY name, not account name.

No worries. A lot of people make the same error. I think “Display Name” and “Account Name” may be a bit confusing.
