Q:

Sorry if this is the wrong place for it.

When I fired up my client, it started downloading stuff, likely new Aetherblades content, the computer crashed. After restarting the computer, everytime I open the client, I get this error notification window. There’ s no option to skip and everytime I “send” to Anet, it automatically closes down the client.

I’ve tried restarting the computer twice to no avail. Any suggestions?

Aside from reinstalling the client – eep.

You’d want the tech support forum – this is for more account related stuff (password not working, ban/suspension messages, etc).

I’d recommend looking for the instructions on how to get your client to enter repair mode – there’s several red name posts in the tech forum that explain how.

:( I went ahead and uninstalled the client then when I started to install it, it stops and the error window popped up.

EDIT: Didn’t see your post, Rajani. Ok, will look for the tech support, I didn’t see it the first time around.
