Guild Wars 2

Hey,

I hadn’t played for a week and when I tried to log in today I noticed that someone hacked my password. Ok I do password recovery.. everything goes fine untill I try to play with one of my characters.. it gives this error :

Disconnected.Another client has connected to Guild Wars2 using this account.Please try again later. (Code=35:5:1:813:101)

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks

You did password recovery, so your email is intact. That means whoever is playing your game, is doing it from your IP. Since you have to verify new IP’s through your email….and your email is fine….
