I keep getting kicked out of game and receive this error message.

Operating on: windows 10 Pro. 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Version: 1511
OS Build 10586.36
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4690k CPU@ 3.50GHz 350 GHZ
RAM:8.GB

I’m also using avast premier anti virus.

Any help appreciated and Merry Christmas

P.S. I’ve seen the merged thread but there are no fixes that I could find.

The code is a connection issue, and your not the only one, Multiple people from different countries are experiencing what you have up there. Anet has yet to say anything as far as I can see. But I don’t see all the forums

Yeah, getting the same error now as well. I was able to log in for just long enough to do the Wintersday dailies, and now it keeps dropping the connection.
